Just when you thought we'd learn from our overspending ways...
We learn that the President of Rwanda, who is in town for the UN meeting, has decided to stay in a $16,000.00 per night hotel. The irony of that? The average household income in his country is $1,106.00 per annum. #GrossAbsurdity
